Media Group specifies the use of SC 2000 units. As each In Store Music system is assigned a unique serial number, whenever an update is made we can see what systems have been updated and when. We can then report back directly to you, our customer.
The SC 2000 unit is updated with new audio announcements and music playlists via a specified FTP server. The SC 2000 units are designed to check their specified FTP server every 30 minutes to see if there is any fresh audio content. When new content is detected it will automatically downloaded.
